Volunteers aid in transporting job readiness candidates to and from classes at Christ Hospital and Xavier University weekdays during the six-week courses. Intensive and holistic in its approach, Operation Bootstrap provides assistance to recent graduates of chemical abuse programs and other unemployed persons. Bootstrap focuses on the whole person by providing physical education, nutrition classes and focused career counseling.
