Throughout the year, St. Vincent de Paul conducts a number of special drives to collect and distribute basic necessities like food, clothing and other items to help those in need. In partnership with media and corporate sponsors, these programs are made possible by the donations from thousands of area residents. The year-round car donation program offers the benefit of a tax deduction while helping a neighbor in need. Seasonal collection drives include the summer Fan Drive, sponsored by WCPO Channel 9 , Coney Island and Papa John's; the 5 Cares Coat Drive, sponsored by Cintas, WLWT Channel 5, City Dash and local Fire Departmentsl; and the holiday Food From the Heart Drive, sponsored by Kroger and Fox 19, and the adopt-a-family program.

- Spring Cleaning Drive @ TriCounty Mall, sponsored by WGRR
Donate gently-used clothing, household items and furniture
- Channel 9 Fan Drive, sponsored by Coney Island & Cincinnati Firefighters Union Local 48
Donate new or used fans or air conditioning units
- RetroFittings, a fundraiser featuring fashions created by UC fashion program School of Design students.
- Give Back Cincinnati Food and Clothing Drive
Drop off food or clothing at "drive through" drop off point at Fountain Square, 5th & Vine Streets or at 3 area Kroger stores: Western Hills, Queen City or Hyde Park Plaza.
- Holiday Adopt-A-Family Program
Give a family a wonderful holiday experience
- 5 Cares Coat Drive, sponsored by Cintas, WLWT Channel 5, City Dash, Gold Star Chili and participating fire departments.
Donate new or gently used coats.
- Kroger & FOX19 Food from the Heart Drive
Donate canned or dry goods in the specially marked bins at all Greater Cincinnati Kroger stores. Or, you can make your donation online at www.svdpcincinnati.org.
