This information is for neighbors who have been notified that they’ve been approved to receive an air conditioner. If you have not completed an AC request, please complete it here. Once your request has been reviewed, someone from St. Vincent de Paul will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please note that it may take up to three weeks to review your request.
Once you’ve been notified by St. Vincent de Paul:
- You have two weeks from the day of the notification to pick up your AC. Once those two weeks have passed, we will move on to the next name on our list and the AC will no longer be available to you.
- ACs are available for pick up Monday – Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm at the Clothing and Home Resource Center, located at 1125 Bank St. Cincinnati, OH 45214.
- Please enter the store and come to the cash register.
- Please bring a photo ID and be prepared to sign a waiver to receive the AC.
- After signing the waiver, you will then go to the dock behind the building to receive your AC.
