We all know Cincinnati summers can be extremely hot and humid. We see the dangerous and uncomfortable impacts firsthand during our home visits. Apartments and smaller homes often have poor ventilation and offer no retreat from the heat. Without access to an air conditioner, children with asthma, the elderly, people with respiratory issues, or people burdened by illness may face greater health risks.
