Devina Thompson has two children was delivering for Instacart until she had her car repossessed. She borrowed her mom’s car when she could to continue working but could no longer keep up with the bills She has been looking for a job that does not require a car and has found a position at 5/3 Bank near her home. The property owners (Port Authority) of the residence where she has rented for six years filed for eviction in late June and she did manage to pay her balance but had no idea she had to pay the $235 filing fee. Because of the missing $235, the eviction proceeded and the court date is set for 7/14. She now owes $1210 for July. St. Clare conference is able to provide $500 towards her July rent. We are asking if any conferences might be able to help with the remaining $710.
