Vinnies are groups of people around the high school age who meet regularly, learning about social justice and helping those in their community who might need it. Through membership, Vinnies learn new skills, build lasting friendships, grow in faith, and have the opportunity to make a difference.

The key to our Vincentian ministry is befriending – in all our work we look for ways to come alongside people. By engaging in charity, Vinnies use their abilities and ideas to get involved in causes they care about and make a positive change in their schools, parishes, and local communities.
In addition to the ideas and activities that Vinnies choose to learn about and do within their own groups, members have the opportunity to come together once a month, perform service, and meet fellow Vinnies from other groups around the area. We are all neighbors helping neighbors.

By getting your school, Parish, and high schoolers involved, you would be developing caring, compassionate members of society, giving youth the opportunity to recognize and respond to the needs in your local community.
