SVDP’s Call Center will receive your request and route it to SVDP’s COO or IT Director. You will receive an email response to your request within 5 business days. Complaints and documented resolutions will be shared with affected external organizations, for example STEH HMIS Support.
After review, St. Vincent de Paul will respond to the individual submitting a privacy or security question or complaint either verbally or in writing, depending on the nature of the request and the contact method provided. Responses will generally be provided within five (5) business days after receipt of the complaint or question.
